Oh...um, hi.

So um...hey guys *sheepish look*
It's been long. Too long since I've spoken to you all.
I've missed you. A lot. I've just been kind of busy lately but that's still no excuse.
I've now sworn to come on every now and then although it deffinatly won't be as much. My parents really want me to knuckle down and focus on my GCSEs this year and I made the fatal error of choosing to take graphic art *shivers* and I'm seriously behind despite the fact I've been going at it for ages.

And after a few months of working I thought about coming back on here but I realised that it had been so long that none of you may really miss me or anything and so many new people have joined that I wouldn't be able to keep up with all of the goings on.
And then I saw Skyril's post on 'The Eight Great Immortals' and saw that you guys did miss me, so, I'm coming back.
I deffinately won't be able to come on as much as I used to but I'm going to try and come on at least once a week - and post up here some stuff too, just to let you guys know when I'm coming on or to catch up a bit :)

So anyways...a lot's changed since I last came on. Blogger has a kind of new layout that's freaking me out.

Btw, Octa - did you win that 10 times the awesomeness competition? Niall mentioned you had a while back so If I'm wrong correct me. WELL DONE! :D I won too and I'm seriously happy *grooves*
So, I've got to go and tidy my room now but I'm going to come back to this post later and see...what craziness I've just allowed to unfold.

Let the craziness and madness unfold.

God...I haven't been on in forever. Hope everyone hasn't forgotten me!

Hi guys!
God...it's been forever. I feel like a stranger now. Anyone remember me? The weird girl who likes to turn into a wolf and talk about Sherlock all the time?
I've missed you all so much! And my fan-fiction *gasps* Jeez, seems forever since I touched it *strokes fan-fiction* it's ok, I'm here now.
God I've been so busy this year. Too busy. I don't even know when I'm going to finish this fan-fiction but I swear I am going to try and get on Chat at least once a week no matter how busy I am coz I've missed you guys so much! *hugs*

Skylara's Strange Dream Part 7!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on in a while or posted anything - I ran into a few snags so to speak.
So my dad took my laptop to the shop and had the whoolleeee system rebooted; therefore getting rid of EVERYTHING on my computer. Then, I plugged in the pendrive I had saved everything too...it didn't work. It was just the empty shortcuts. Everything was gone: pictures, music, schoolwork allll my stories. The lot.

As you can imagine I went...slightly insane...ok, completely insane and inconsolable. But then I realised I had another pendrive with some stuff on. So, I looked on it and I had most of my stuff - just not my music, photos, the next part of my Sherlock fan-fic I spent 4 hours typing up and, of course, Skylara's Strange Dream Part 7.

And then my laptop still wasn't completely fixed. Oh, and my keyboard is now messed up so it takes me a little longer to type.
SO, once I had done most of my homework for this week I got cracking on this. It's not as good as the first version I wrote but still ok :)
Oh, and next time I'm going to add the final few characters to Skylara's Strange Dream including the wizard! Who will it be...?
So here it is :D hope you guys like it! And if I get a spare moment, I'll probably be on tomorrow - unless I am swomped with homework again *grumbles*

“Right…no, no wait left. YES. Definitely left.” Israel decided, pointing in that direction and striding confidently ahead.
“I’m sure we passed that same suit of armour ten minutes ago.” Pinicolette moaned, dragging her tired little wooden feet along the cold stony floors of the castle.
“Israel, maybe someone else should take the lead for a while…” Kallista suggested gently.
“Excuse me; there is nothing wrong with my directions!” Israel protested, opening a door in front of him to reveal a stone wall. “Oh…” he muttered. “Well that was a stupid place for a door.”
“I wish Dragona didn’t have to stay,” Sabien sighed. “I can’t believe Cheryl put a spell on him that binds him to the castle.”
“Maybe we can ask the wizard to free him.” Pinicolette said hopefully.
Skulduggery let out a grunt as he tripped - Skylara and Lunar only just catching him before he hit the floor. “Skylara,” he asked as they propped him back up. “Not that you and Lunar aren’t doing a fabulous job filling in for my missing leg, but would you be kind enough to use some of your ‘dreamy mumbo jumbo’, to provide me a wooden walking stick?”
“OHHHH,” Lunar gave him a look of mock hurt. “I see how it is. You’d have a stick made of wood to aid you in your time of need, rather than your kind and loving friends – who just aren’t good enough for the great Skulduggery Pleasant!”
“Well…” Skulduggery pondered for a moment. “It doesn’t have to be made of wood.”
“Fine.” Skylara grumbled, handing Skulduggery’s left side to Sabien. “Give me some space to concentrate.” She moved to one side, closed her eyes and scrunched up her face.
“Umm…Sky?” Octa inquired. “What are you doing?”
Skylara opened her eyes and turned to him. “Concentrating – why?”
“Well, do you really have to do that face when you’re concentrating? It’s kind of disturbing.”
Silence fell.
“…Do you find my face disturbing Octa?” Skylara asked after a moment, her voice dangerously quiet.
“Oh God…” Lunar breathed.
“Uh…” Octa looked around him for help but the others were pretending to be interested in something else. “Not usually…you have a lovely face normally…it’s just when you…” Skylara hadn’t stopped piercing him with her stony gaze and Kallista slowly began to move the basket containing Octa out of her reach. Octa had one last try. “Skylara once met an alpaca; I presume that she was at the zoo, Or else in the alpaca’s homeland, The country of Darkest Peru-”
“Yeah, yeah, enough with the poetry squid boy,” Skylara mumbled, turning away and closing her eyes again. “Walking stick.” She boomed commandingly, holding out her hand as she had done when she had received the lightsabre. Nothing happened.
“Uhh…walking stick please?” she tried opening her eyes and staring at her empty hands.
“Well…that worked!” Sabien said cheerfully.
“My dream obviously has a sense of humour.” She growled. “Perhaps I need to be more dramatic…Ehem,” She looked up at the sky and threw her hands in the air. “Please may we have something to help Skulduggery to walk unaided by his fellow companions while we are on our mighty quest!?”
Thunder and lightning clapped outside and the candles around them flickered violently.
“Perhaps a little too dramatic…” Skulduggery muttered.
A loud barking echoed down the corridors, growing closer and closer.
“Wait a second…I know that bark!” Pinicolette exclaimed.
A small highland terrier bounded up, Skulduggery’s left leg gripped tightly between its jaws.
“You.” Skulduggery’s eye sockets locked onto the small white dog.
“Aww! He’s so cute!” Kallista crooned. “He can’t be that vicious Skulduggery!”
“Don’t be fooled. He’s evil.” Skulduggery whispered, not once taking his eyes off the dog.
“You were overpowered by that?” Israel raised an eyebrow as he looked the dog up and down.
“Do you want us to…?” Lunar reached for the dog.
“No! This is between me and him.” Skulduggery hopped over to the dog. “We meet again…” As he addressed it the dog growled and pulled back its ears.
Mar-Chu (who crawled back into Skulduggery’s pocket without him noticing and had been peacefully dozing there for quite some time) popped her head out to see what all the kafuffle was about. She then spotted a small white creature with a leg in its mouth; the same leg that she had healed with her magic kitten powers earlier that day. Mar-Chu tilted her head in confusion. That leg did not belong to the small white creature. It belonged to the man with a nest in his hat who had nice comfy pockets.
She hopped out and padded over to the small white creature to kindly ask it to return the leg; as she had put a lot of hard work into mending it and the man’s pockets were not half as comfy when he did not have his other leg. Sadly, the small white creature didn’t seem to understand and when she sneezed it dropped the leg, and then ran off yelping and whimpering in fear.
“…Oh.” Skulduggery said simply. Sabien moved forward and handed him his leg.
“It’s ok.” He said, patting Skulduggery’s shoulder sympathetically. “The big bad dog is gone now. The sweet little kitten scared it away.”
Skulduggery re-attached his limb with a grunt and picked up Mar-Chu, holding her at eye level. “Umm…” he coughed awkwardly. “I believe a thanks is in order…again.”
Mar-Chu mewled happily and scrambled back into his pocket, which began to quiver slightly as she purred vigerously.
“…Well, what now?” Pinicolette asked.
“It’s ok.” Skylara rolled her shoulders back and clicked her neck. “I’ve got this…DOOOOOOORRRRR!” She thundered, throwing her hands out at the wall, where a door soon appeared.
“Wow Sky! That was pretty impressive!” Kallista laughed.
“Why, thank-you.” Skylara replied proudly, opening the door to reveal another stone wall. “Oh…sorry, I should have been more specific.” She hastily closed it again and boomed “DOOOOORRRR TOOOO OOUUTSSIDEEE THHHIISSS CAASSSTLLLEE ANNDDD BBACKKKK TOOO THHEE OOORRRANNGGEE TAARRR PPATHHH WHEEEREEE WE LEEFFTT OOFFFFFFFFF! OOOOOO!” She opened the door again and there was exactly where they had left the orange tar path.
“…Was the ‘OOO’ at the end really necessary?” Israel asked.
“Oh, it worked didn’t it?” Skylara snapped as they wandered out, to once again set out on their path.

Lunar and Kallista began happily humming the third round of ‘We’re off to see the Wizard’ and skipping merrily arm in arm.
“Make it stop! Please, make it stop!” Israel pleaded.
“My ears are burning!” Pinicolette groaned, trying to block out the noise with her hands.
Skylara couldn’t take it anymore either. “Guys,” she called to them. “My dream, my rules; which means no singing or dancing - What. So. Ever.”
“Oh, spoilsports.” Kallista grumbled, but she stopped skipping and slowed down all the same. Octa let out a small sigh of relief; her merry bouncing had caused him to cling to his basket for dear life and he had very almost fallen out.
“WELCOME TO THE GATES OF WONDER!” a great voice boomed out making them all jump and take up fighting positions.
“What the hell was that?” Lunar exclaimed, scanning the trees and bushes around her.
“Up here.” Someone cleared their throat from above them. Perched on a low hanging tree branch, was a tawny owl with big shiny eyes.
“Leo?” Skylara asked.
The owl seemed to frown. “How’d you know?”
“There are sparks of lightning coming off your ears.”
“Oh…” he glanced sheepishly at the ground. “That sometimes happens when I get a bit carried away with my ‘Gates of wonder’ line…”
“Sorry to be rude,” Skulduggery interjected. “But where are the gates of wonder?”
“Oh…” Leo sagged, looking rather crestfallen. “Um…the munchkins tore it down a few years back so the wizard had to put some…slightly less impressive invisible magical gates there instead.”
“Ah, good old Lizzy…teaching munchkins to tear down gates; it makes my heart swell.” Skylara chuckled.
“How do we enter through ‘the gates of wonder’ to get to the Wizard?” Sabien questioned.
“Oh! Oh!” Pinicolette jumped up and down with excitement. “Is it a riddle? I love riddles!”
“Or do we have to battle some mighty beast?” Israel held up his fists.
“Um…neither. You have to make a song and dance about it. Quite literally in fact.” Leo said, looking rather smug. “I’m so going to enjoy this!” he giggled.
Pinicolette gawped at him. “You can’t be serious!” she cried.
“I’m an owl – I’m always serious.”
Lunar and Kallista looked at each other with glee. “Yay!” they cheered, laughing at everyone else’s looks of horror.
Skulduggery gripped Skylara’s arm tightly. “How much do you want to see the wizard?” he whispered.
“It’s the only way this nightmare can end…god help us.” She breathed back. He nodded in agreement and turned to pat Israel on the arm encouragingly. “Be strong my friend.” He urged, Israel could only moan in response.
“A one,” Octa began. “A two, a one, two, three!”
Oh will you open the gate for us,
It really would help us out,
We need to get to the Wizard,
Or else we’ll scream and shout!

Skulduggery needs a new suit,
Sabien wants rid of his tail,
Skylara wants the hell out of here,
And she’ll probably kill us if we fail,
(Even though we are part of her subconcioussss)
Ohhhhhh,
Here in the land of dreams,
We’ve seen many peculiar things,
An ice-cream kitten, an Oreo field-

“Stop, just STOP,” Everyone froze in mid-dance. “I’ll let you through just…no more.” Leo begged.
“It wasn’t that bad!” Kallista said, looking rather hurt.
“Oh it was.” Skylara sighed. “I hate this dream; flowery dresses, cheesy songs, I think it’s personally designed to torture me! What the hell did that dentist give me?” She frowned as she pondered something. “And why did we all know what words to sing when we didn’t even rehearse?”
“It’s a dream, just go with it.” Sabien shrugged.
“The Gates of Wonder are now open!” Leo declared.
“Wait a second…” Kallista narrowed her eyes. “How do we even know if there IS a ‘Gate of Wonder’? You could have just done all that to make us look silly…”
“Uhh…no time to explain! The Wizard is this way, follow me!” Leo flew off rather hastily and the others were forced to follow him.
“Hey Skul,” Israel caught up to the skeleton. “Those were some pretty cool moves,” he chuckled. “Especially when you did the worm and-”
Never speak of it.” Skulduggery growled, just loud enough for Israel to hear. “EVER.” Israel only laughed harder.

Sherlock Fan-fiction 'Into the Deep' Link

Hi guys! Glad you liked the last part of Skylara's Strange Dream! I might not be able to chat much this week until I get my computer fixed this Friday :(
Since Niall and Leo asked I'm gonna post up a link to my Sherlock fan-fiction 'Into the Deep'. It kind of links on from the end of 'The Great Game' so I'm not sure if any of you will understand it unless you saw the series itself. Since I know quite a few of you haven't I just desided to say before you read it and get a bit confuzzled.
I'm kind of chopping and changing between Skylara's Strange Dream and this with my writing; this normally takes me a bit longer as I have to watch Sherlock and analyse characters and such. My family think I'm rather strange as I sit there watching it over and over again, trying to get them right.
So here it is: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7232108/1/Into_the_Deep

Oh! And there might be a few new characters comming into Skylara's Strange Dream in the next chapter...*Wanders away mysteriously*

The much awaited Skylara's Strange Dream Part...uhh...6 I think

Hey guys! *skips in* Haven't seen you in ageeeeeesss! HUGS ALL AROUND! *hugs everyone*
Aw...I've missed you guys so much. *sniffs*
Sorry, I've been kinda busy. My cousin came round, then the internet broke down, then I hit the laptop and it nearly died...
I've also been working on a Sherlock Fan-fiction on Fan-fiction.net. I got myself a Beta (lucky me) and I've been working with her on improving some of my writing a bit and getting some of her Sherlockian advice with my characters. If anyone's interested just ask and I'll post a link :)
BUT as promised, I have desided to put aside everything else for a while and post some more of 'Skylara's Strange Dream' Octa and Kal have been especially keen ;) But I'm not going to show favouritism or anything like that...*secretly sneaks Kallista and Octa a lollipop each*

Since it has been a while since the last part of ‘Skylara’s Strange Dream’ I’m just gonna do a quick re-cap – but if you’re still unsure you can look back at the last part a few months ago. ;)

So basically....

1.    Skylara, Pinicolette, Skulduggery (with Mar-Chu the magical kitten in his pocket), Sabien, Lunar and Israel are all off to see the wizard and are following the orange tar path.

2.     The evil witch Cheryl Cole has sent Dragona to stop them and is threatening to hurt Kallista if he doesn't follow her orders.

3.     Octa and Kallista are off somewhere while Octa sings her poetry.

4.    The gang can’t do any magic in the dream since they battled Hellboy the Liger.

5.    Oh, and Skylara has a purple lightsabre.

So on with the story! Hope you guys like it!
“Are we nearly there yet?” Pinicolette groaned, dragging her small wooden feet along the orange tar path.
“For the last time, just because it’s my dream it doesn’t mean I know how long it takes to get there!” Skylara answered, her voice filled with irritation.
“It can’t be much longer though can it?” Lunar asked. “The dentist is probably nearly finished.”
“Unless he gave you too much aesthetic...” Skulduggery muttered.
“What?” Skylara squealed, turning to him looking panic-stricken. “Wh-what do you mean too much aesthetic?”
“You could have gone into a coma; perhaps you won’t wake up for months, years even.” Skulduggery continued cheerily. “Maybe you died in the dentist chair and you’ll be stuck here forever.”
“Really?” Skylara whispered, her face a deathly shade of white.
“Of course not!” Skulduggery replied, patting her comfortingly on the shoulder. “Just look at me; my suit is a mess and my hat was ruined by a nesting pigeon. I can only look like this for so long before my image as a suave, sophisticated gentleman gets damaged and we all know that could never happen.”
“Um...Skulduggery?” Israel started.
“Oh sorry Israel did I forget charming?”
“No, I think Mar-Chu is peeing in your pocket.”
Skulduggery made a sound of disgust and started leaping from side to side shouting “Shoo, shoo!” while the others fell about laughing. Mar-Chu meowed unhappily and reluctantly hopped out, padding over to Lunar for comfort.
“I don’t care if you healed my foot, I still don’t like you.” Skulduggery grumbled, kneeling down and looking at Mar-Chu in Lunar’s arms. Mar-Chu tilted her head slightly in confusion and then sneezed over his face, making the others laugh even harder.
“Charming.” Skulduggery muttered, standing up and straightening his tie.
“Hey guys, what’s that over there?” Sabien called from in front, pointing to a green blob in the distance.
“It must be where the wizard lives!” Lunar exclaimed happily.
“Woot!” Skylara cheered. “I won’t have to wear this stupid dress anymore!”
“Aw, but you look so sweet!” Israel teased.
Skylara glared at him and held up her lightsabre threateningly. “Call me sweet one more time and I’ll-”
A high whistle flew past her ear making her stop in mid-threat. She looked at Israel’s neck and there was a small red dart sticking out of it.
“Aw hell...” He muttered before slumping to the ground. Half a second later Lunar, Mar-Chu and Sabien did the same.
“Hey, I’m already asleep!” Skylara shouted, swishing her lightsabre at the bushes where the darts had come from. “Whatcha gonna do now-” Something heavy fell on her from above and she fell to the ground with a crash. Before she could retaliate something bashed her on the head and everything went dark.

Skylara awoke in a dark room. Shivering, she wrapped her arms around herself. It was cold in here.
Hearing a noise beside her, she stiffened instantly; ready to swing her fist at whatever came her way.
“It’s just us!” Pinicolette blurted out just as Skylara’s fist was about to hit her wooden nose. “Don’t punch or kick or...poke.”
Skylara’s eyes began to adjust to the gloom and before her stood Pinicolette and Skulduggery who was sitting on the floor.
“What happened?” she asked, rubbing her sore head. “I didn’t think you could fall unconscious in your own dream...”
“Evidently you can.” Skulduggery sighed. “The others are in the cell opposite.” He indicated to the darkness ahead. “I heard Israel snoring.” He explained before Skylara could ask.
“How about you two? You’re wooden and you’re a skeleton...how did they knock you guys out?”
“They didn’t.” Pinicolette admitted sheepishly. “They had fire so I kind of had to follow their orders...wooden girls and fires don’t mix.”
“Skulduggery?”
“Dogs.”
Skylara frowned. “Dogs?”
“Big dogs.”
“...Big dogs?”
“In case you haven’t noticed, I’m made up of bones.”
“Oh.”
“It wasn’t pretty. A terrier ran off with my leg.” She looked down and noticed he was, indeed, missing his left leg.
“Terriers aren’t that big.”
“This one was particularly vicious.”
They heard a groan from the other side of the room. “Hello?” Lunar called out.
“Hey!” Pinicolette called back. “Are the others up?”
“I’m here!” Sabien replied just as Mar-Chu let out a small mew. Israel let out a particularly loud snore - probably just to let them know he was still alive.
A loud creak filled the room and light poured in, causing them squint as their eyes adjusted.
“Rise and shine!” A horribly familiar voice sang.
“Oh if it isn’t Little Miss Orange-face!” Lunar muttered sarcastically. “Wicked witch? Skylara, you really should have thought more carfully about your casting, she would make a fantastic Oompa Lompa.”
“I’ll bare that in mind the next time I have a dream based on a cheesy film.” Skylara replied just as sarcastically. “Although a chocolate factory sounds kinda fun...”
“Shhh!” Cheryl hissed, stamping her foot angrily. “I’m the one who makes the sarcastic or witty remarks around here!”
“Yeah right, we’re not in your dream pet!” Pinicolette snorted.
“Are we all awake like?” Cheryl asked, ignoring her and flicking her hair dramatically. “Oh...” She looked down at Israel’s sleeping figure and clicked her fingers. “Dragona, the water.”
“Dragona?” Skylara muttered, just as a small twitching purple monkey-like thing came hobbling into the room. “Dragona, is that you?”
The creature ignored her and threw the water over Israel who startled awake, spluttering madly.
“Hey!” Israel barked. “Haven’t you heard cats don’t like water? I’m a frickin’ Liger don’t you know? I’m have a right mind too-”
He looked up at Cheryl. “You.” He growled. “You put the shock collar on me you cow!”
“Oh, who woke up on the wrong side on the cell today?” She tutted. “Lovely to see you again too Israel.” She turned to the creature called Dragona.
“You have done your duty well Dragona, I’m impressed.”
“And Kallista shall remain safe?” He asked.
“It is you!” Skylara blurted out. “Dragona what the hell are you doing?”
“Mm...I’m not making any promises like...” Cheryl laughed.
“But you said you-”
“I’m a witch sweetie, I lie, deal with it.”
Dragona growled and lunged for her, but Cheryl just flicked her wrist and he went flying into the cell, landing heavily beside Sabien.
“Now then,” She said merrily, turning to Skylara. “How about giving me those ruby slippers babe?”
Skylara raised an eyebrow. “Babe? Becuase you’re not the brightest bulb in the box, I’ll let that one slip but call me ‘babe’ again and I swear to god, I will rip your inflated orange head off your scrawny neck you little scan-”
Give. Me. My. Ruby. Slippers!” Cheryl snarled.
“They’re more of a pinkish red don’t you think?” Israel muttered to Sabien.
“I’d say rose...” He replied thoughtfully.
“IT DOESN’T MATTER!” Cheryl screamed; her face set into a furious scowl. “GIVE ME THEM NOW!”
“They’re actually kind of comfy...” Skylara teased as she admired them. “Hmmm...What are you going to do if I don’t?”
“I’ll kill all your little friends, including these two!” Cheryl cackled, pulling back a huge red curtain (for some reason they hadn’t actually noticed it before) to reveal Kallista locked in a huge black cage and Octa squelching in her arms.
“Kallista!” Dragona wailed.
Octa cleared his throat and an awkward silence fell.
“Octa!” Pinicolette cried after a moment or two.
“Thank-you.” He muttered in a clipped tone.
“Deside now, or I will kill all of your friends in this very room.” Cheryl muttered darkly.
Skylara shrugged. “Meh, ok, I’ll give you the slippers.”
Cheryl paused. “Seriously?”
“Yeah, jeez, I know some girls go to some extremes for fashion but you just take the biscuit.”
“...I...I wasn’t really expecting you to say yes. I’m...not sure what I should do now.”
“Let me out of the cage so I can give them too you perhaps?”
“Umm...ok.”
Cheryl hesitantly let Skylara out, locking the door behind her so the others could not escape. “Now hand them over.”
“Ahaha!” Skylara said, running to the bucket of water and throwing it over Cheryl.
My mascara!” She screamed, flapping her hands about wildly.
“...Skylara...” Lunar started. “That didn’t melt her; it just made her look rather silly.”
“Then it served its purpose.” Skylara replied looking rather satisfied.
“Well...how are you going to stop her?” Kallista asked.
“Oh um...” Skylara threw the bucket at Cheryl’s head while she was faffing about with her make-up and she fell to the ground unconscious.
“Well...that was surprisingly easy.” Skylara muttered, reaching for the keys.

GCSE ATTACK!

Hello!
I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry I havent posted in forever or been on chat that much. But I have a reason.

...I have my english writing GCSE next week.

*Skylara pauses so everyone can gasp dramatically*

Yes, for some reason we are taking it early and it's the creative writing one. And guess who wants an A* because she wants to be a writer or scriptwriter?

...Yup. Me.

So we have been preparing for weeks and weeks and just today they have given us the brief and let us start to draft the actual thing. Sadly, I started planning something but it turned out too much like a story rather than a description (which is the first one we are doing) so my teacher didn't like it so much.

Back to the drawing board for me then.

Next week, once it is over though, I shall type up the Sherlock interview I have already done and then carry on with Skylara's Strange Dream after that.
Oh how I do miss writing for fun rather than following stupid english rules and regulations.

Wish me luck and I shall return to you soon!

In the meantime I hope you guys are all writing away so that I can read your awesome stuff when I get back! :P

*Skylara flies out on a giant flying possum*
